Hey there, my name is Stef and welcome to my new home.

Currently, I live in Singapore where I am witnessing the rise of the wonderful culture of appreciating the food and restaurant industry .

As you can tell by now, this is a personal journal where I write my musings to the places I’ve been, cultures that I have experienced and mostly humble reviews of the food and drinks that I’ve tasted.  I am brutally honest and my opinions are raw. I love writing lengthily my experience.

Coming from a professional kitchen and now an F&B background, I scout new concepts and ideas of restaurants and food. I love discovering great food as much as I love eating. Both dining out and eating in are definite passions of mine.

And just as how food is a huge part of my life, so is this guy whom I lovingly call Bob.  Much of my post he is my date and my food photographer.  This food blogging business wouldn’t be as much fun without him.
